Aqua wash were referred to me by another carpet cleaner I had used before.I rang and left a clear message to book Aqua wash three weeks in advance. Got a text message back from Les that read $260 and the date and time of arrival 1430hrs.The week before Grace called wanting to change the day and the time to the following week. The date that I had booked with Les was a priority as we were moving out and handing keys back. Date was then confirmed back to the original moving out day but time moved forward to 1530hrs, was told by Grace the job would take an hour.On the day of the job Grace called, Les would be later than the time booked, then they came at 1520hrs and I was told by Les that the job would be done in an hour.Our carpets were not old nor unclean, prior to Les and his offsider I had vacuumed the rooms and cleaned the skirting boards.There was also no need to lift their equipment upstairs as there was a lift available.Les and his offsider came in and It was literally a quick vacuum followed by a quick carpet clean and they were out the door by 1543hrs which was the time I was handed the certificate.I felt I was justified in raising my concerns with Grace but she hung up on me. $260 for 20 mins work, disappointing.I did reply to an email later from Grace and asked for part reembursement because they were not on the job as specified, but never heard anything back.

They cleaned 190 metres of tiles and grout. The job was quoted,and they accomadated my ASAP request. They arrived on time, my neighbour let them in, the job was completed perfectly. Neighbour is a clean freek and said the job was perfect. Thanks Grace.
